  • No. Cell phone photos are fine provided you are lit well and there’s nothing covering your face.

If you are offered representation, you will be required to build a professional model portfolio.

Brigh Management will connect you with a photographer to build your portfolio.

  • Go to our submission page and follow the instructions there. Fill out the form and provide the required photos. They don’t need to be professional photos. Cell phone photos are fine provided they’re taken in good light with no filters and we can see your face.

  • We welcome applicants from the ages of 4-70 years old.

  • A portfolio is not required to apply, but it is essential for booking work. If you don’t have one, Brigh Management will connect you with a photographer to develop a professional portfolio.

We evaluate potential first, your portfolio comes after.

  • Clients book models based on proven visual work, not potential alone. A professional portfolio showcases your look, versatility, and ability to perform on camera.

While you can apply without one, a portfolio is required to begin working and will be completed as part of the signing and development process. Brigh Management will guide you and connect you with a photographer to develop it.

  • Yes, we offer model development and training programs through Brigh Management. This service is separate from agency representation and is designed to help new talent build confidence, skills, and experience.

  • No, you don’t have to live in Texas or any specific city to be represented by our agency. We work with talent from various regions and welcome applications from all locations.

That said, proximity to major markets like Dallas, Austin, or Houston can offer a competitive edge, since clients tend to book models who can easily attend castings or shoots within a 90-minute drive of those areas.

  • You’ll hear from us only if we’re interested in moving forward with your application. If selected for consideration, our team will contact you by email to arrange an in-person meeting.

If you haven’t received a response within a month, it likely means we’ve decided not to pursue representation at this time. However, you’re always welcome to reapply in the future as our roster and needs evolve.

  • All legitimate communication from Brigh Management will come from an email address ending in @brighmanagement.com. We do not contact potential models via text message.

On social media, any official outreach from our verified accounts will only direct you to our submissions page on our website. If you’re unsure whether a message is authentic, please contact us directly through the site before responding.

  • For rates and booking information, please email the project details to connect@brighmanagement.com. Be sure to include key information such as:

    • Project date and location

    • Whether it’s photo, video, or both

    • Duration of the shoot

    • Intended usage of the content (e.g., social media, advertising, print, etc.)
Once we receive your details, our team will follow up promptly with availability and a rate quote.

Models can be booked on shorter notice when necessary; however, rush bookings may incur higher model and agency fees due to expedited coordination.
