Over the last year, we kept noticing the same thing.

There are a lot of talented, photogenic people in Dallas with real potential but no local Agencies focused on actual model development.

Not just social media followers.
Not just quick test shoots and costly portfolio sessions.
Not just signing faces and hoping something happens.

Not just chasing fads and trends.

Development.

That idea became the foundation for Brìɣ Management.

We’re currently in our pre-launch phase and preparing to officially open submissions in the coming weeks. Since quietly beginning scouting, we’ve connected with aspiring models, creatives, photographers, and talent across Dallas-Fort Worth who are looking for something more intentional and long-term.

Our focus is simple:
finding new faces with strong potential and helping develop them for commercial, fashion, lifestyle, and creative opportunities.

Dallas has one of the fastest-growing creative markets in the country. The city is filled with undiscovered talent; from students and athletes to creators, artists, and people who have never considered modeling before.

That’s what interests us most.

We’re especially drawn to individuality, presence, confidence, and people who stand out naturally.
