What We Look for in New Faces

With our official launch now just one week away, we've spent the past several months scouting, planning, building relationships, and preparing for the next chapter of our agency.

One question we've been asked repeatedly is simple:

"What are you actually looking for in a model?"

The answer may surprise some people.

While height, measurements, and experience can all play a role depending on the market and the opportunities available, those are rarely the first things that catch our attention.

What stands out first is presence.

A great model has a way of capturing attention without trying too hard. There is a confidence, authenticity, and sense of self that comes through in photographs and in person. Sometimes it appears in a carefully composed image. Sometimes it's visible in a candid snapshot taken on a phone. Whatever form it takes, presence cannot be manufactured.

We also value professionalism.

The most successful models understand that modeling is a business. Showing up on time, communicating clearly, following directions, and maintaining a positive attitude are qualities that often separate those who build lasting careers from those who do not.

But perhaps the most important quality we look for is passion.

We are drawn to people who genuinely love modeling.

Not because it seems glamorous.
Not because they want social media attention.
Not because someone told them they should try it.

We look for people who view modeling as a creative pursuit and an art form.

The strongest models are often the ones who enjoy the process itself. They appreciate storytelling through imagery. They understand how emotion, movement, styling, lighting, and expression can come together to create something memorable. They are curious, eager to learn, and motivated to improve their craft.

Experience is not always required.

Some of the most promising talent has never stepped onto a professional set before. What matters is a willingness to learn, develop, and approach opportunities with commitment and enthusiasm.

As we prepare to officially launch next week, we are excited to continue discovering new talent throughout Dallas-Fort Worth and beyond.
